YOUR ORDER WILL BE PACKED AND SHIPPED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
we will send you a confirmation email letting you know we have shipped your book.
however, we are a small company- please keep this in mind if you do not receive your order 5 days after you place it.
we are not amazon.com, with hundreds or thousands of employees shipping thousands of books daily,
and paypal takes 8 to 12 hours to notify us of payment recieved-
so it may take basically a day before we even know you ordered anything.
we now have two people handling the orders, packing and shipping them who are on various shifting weekly schedules.

it is the first thing both rain and jacque do upon arriving at work each week.
to put this in typical, boring business terms- while we might receive your order and ship it immediately,
we also may take up to 4 business days to ship your order. (worst case scenario)
please account and allow for this- it is not likely to be this long, but it might be.
also note that occasionally, demand for any particular book *ahem morrison* can sometimes get so high it exceeds our current supply.
in this case we make new ones as soon as possible.
orders are shipped USPS- either first class, or media mail for larger items.
media mail can take 2 - 9 days until it arrives. (currently only ariel & electra is shipped media mail)
first class is generally 3 to 5 days, and most of our items are shipped this way, so in short (too late)
your book might generally take anywhere from 2 days to 11 days to arrive after you place the order..
we handle orders as quickly as we possibly can so it will hopefully be on the smaller end of that range.
